With over 20 years of experience in asset and resource management across diverse industries such as mining, forestry, agriculture, and construction, Terence has built a solid foundation in both the technical and managerial aspects of operations. His career began at a young age as an apprentice, where his strong work ethic and ambition propelled him to leadership roles, eventually becoming a Superintendent of Maintenance. In this role, he managed maintenance operations for over 400 assets, overseeing everything from labor and scheduling to purchasing and strategic planning.

Terence’s experience spans a wide range of industries, equipment, and trades, giving him a deep understanding of the varied needs of business owners, management teams, and ownership groups. He has had the opportunity to work closely with employees, vendors, landowners, and business leaders, which has helped him cultivate a strong sense of empathy, ethics, and respect for diverse perspectives and challenges.

Outside of his professional career, Terence is passionate about motorsports and automotive customization. In his spare time, he can often be found building custom hot rods or supporting motorsport events and enthusiasts. Whether racing his own machines or assisting others in their pursuit of motorsport excellence, he remains deeply connected to his love for all things mechanical and high-performance.
