Being a former business owner, Lee quickly identifies a client’s needs and accounts for future growth, taking pride in helping clients make that happen. While maintaining a focus on industrial real estate, Lee has worked with a variety of clients in all asset classes. Additionally, investment real estate has been a long-time interest; he looks forward to every opportunity presented to work with clients in that area. Lee helps clients establish a positive cash flow so they can focus on other priorities. Lee’s professional expertise is focused in industrial leasing, investment building transactions, and land sales.

Outside of the office, Lee maintains a balance by spending time focused on family, education, and volunteering. Additionally, he always seeks to live a healthy lifestyle by kayaking, golfing, and taking up the odd obstacle course race in the summer.
