He has been involved with multiple large-scale land transactions in and around the city of Calgary and is well-versed in local municipal and planning policies. Jayden is a highly motivated young professional who is eager to develop himself in the commercial real estate industry. As an individual who strives to build strong relationships with clients, Jayden goes above and beyond to find solutions for clients’ commercial needs by focusing on their financial goals and ensuring they are well represented. With his prior experience selling oil and gas drilling tools, Jayden brings an abundance of transaction knowledge to the Lizotte team.
Previously, Jayden played four years in the Western Hockey League where he developed his strong work ethic, earning himself a scholarship to the University of Calgary where he obtained his degree. Jayden is currently working towards becoming a licensed commercial agent for the Lizotte team.

Scott has spent 20 years in sales including a decade in multi-family and single family real estate. He has been involved in multi-family development, land acquisitions, land syndication, new home sales, and pitched entrepreneurial ideas to billion dollar corporations in the pharmaceutical landscape. With downtime during Covid-19 he wrote and published a book and took his Professional Home Inspection Certificate all while taking care of his young family.
Scott brings his “always be learning” mindset to the growth of the Calgary office and into the industrial and multi-family asset classes. Building on his networking skills, Scott looks to develop lasting landlord and/or tenant relationships, and promote owner investment strategies in these classes by increasing wealth and growth opportunities for individual or group real estate portfolios.
With 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Dave specializes exclusively in the leasing, disposition, and acquisition, of single and multi tenant industrial properties in the greater Calgary region. Dave has established himself as a leading industrial property expert in Calgary with both private owners and asset managers alike. Prior to Lizotte & Associates Real Estate, Dan was an educator in Edmonton for 26 years where he had an integral role as Chair, Co-Chair, and Director for National and Provincial Education Boards and is currently a presiding member of the Alberta Attendance Board. He was a teacher and principal at multiple rural and urban schools as well as a sessional instructor for Technology Integration for Teachers at Concordia University of Alberta.
Dan moved to Calgary in 2010 and has since had an interest in commercial real estate where he has worked with an international brokerage for two years. Dan’s knowledge, extensive experience, and work ethic make him an essential part of the Lizotte team.
Kristy Theriault is an experienced and passionate Graphic Designer. She has received professional accreditation in graphic design through NAIT in 2014, and has worked professionally in the industry since.

Lindsay has a true passion for real estate and joined Lizotte and Associates after a decade of working in the residential real estate industry. Lindsay is currently working towards her Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and enjoys engaging with industry professionals and developing relationships in her network. Lindsay brings with her experience in contract law, QA/QC, and enjoys identifying activities to streamline tasks and increase efficiencies in the workplace. Lindsay is excited to be part of the Lizotte and Associates team and to be an additional resource for agents to facilitate transactions.
Christina decided to join Lizotte and Associates as their values align with her belief that excellent customer service fosters long-term customer relationships. Christina is currently in the process of obtaining her Commercial Real Estate license. She brings a strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a positive, friendly demeanor. Christina believes in being dedicated and working hard to achieve success for her clients. Christina has nearly a decade in customer service and is also the owner of a small photography business. Ryan Cox is a highly motivated individual with a passion for growth and learning. Soudabeh obtained her Paralegal Studies Diploma from MacEwan University. Before joining the Lizotte team, Soudabeh worked as a legal assistant in various areas of law such as real estate, family, litigation, criminal, wills and estate, and immigration. She also works as a freelance paralegal in immigration and she enjoys assisting families to reunite with their loved ones.
She is fluent in English, Persian (Farsi), Turkish and Azeri. Being multilingual gives Soudabeh the opportunity to work as a translator in the Alberta Provincial Courts.
Soudabeh moved to Canada in 2014, and Edmonton became her permanent home. She began her journey by studying and working.
Soudabeh thrives to learn and experience different aspects of commercial real estate, and her goal is to obtain her license in order to be beneficial to her team in the retail and investments division.
Corporately based in Alberta, Christian Jones has been the provincial Land Department Head for the World’s top real estate brokerages.
To achieve this milestone Christian studied real estate by developing industry-leading land-mapping software. Before joining the Lizotte team, Justin enjoyed a successful career of over 10 years as a top performer with the Canadian Football League. Justin earned his first Grey Cup championship as a member of the 103rd Grey Cup champions, the Edmonton Eskimos. Justin obtained all-star status in 2016. Justin aims to provide the highest degree of professionalism to all his clients through his community-minded attitude.

David specializes in retail leasing, investment, and hospitality consulting services. Over the last 13 years, David has been involved in almost every major nightclub and related restaurant transaction in the City of Edmonton and the surrounding area. In these transactions, David has facilitated negotiations for the purchase of existing businesses and assets, provided consulting services related to leasing negotiations and renewals, and represented both landlords and tenants on transactions. He proves to go above and beyond for all his clients, ensuring each transaction is advantageous to all parties involved and mutually beneficial.
In his spare time, David enjoys training Jordan, his German Shepard, in various scent and agility courses, with the end goal of Jordan being a certified search and rescue service dog. Chuck is a 25-year veteran in Edmonton and area commercial real estate industry having attained his license in 1996. He has earned a reputation as one of the industry’s most active Associates by brokering in excess of 3 million square feet, spanning over 300 transactions. Chuck has been appointed by many national and regional tenants as an exclusive Agent to locate and solidify prospective locations.
Chuck’s experience includes time as a founding and managing partner of a large local brokerage, and formerly enjoyed a television spot on CTV’s business programming called “Everyone’s Business”.

Ross has been involved in the Edmonton real estate industry for over 40 years. After a number of years in the residential market, Ross opened his own company, growing to over 50 agents and staff, working on residential, commercial and property management accounts. In 1988, Ross began to focus solely on the commercial market under Lizotte and Associates Real Estate Inc., going on his own for the first 16 years.
In addition to real estate, Ross has spent many years giving his time and efforts to the non-profit sector. In the 1990’s, Ross played an important role with the revitalization of Edmonton’s downtown district through various projects with the EDDC and the Downtown Business Association. He played a vital part in establishing ArtsHab – a live/work project for artists that is still in existence in the downtown core. As well, Ross has spent many years volunteering in the non-profit sector, including over 14 years on the Board of E4C , sitting on the Edmonton Community Foundation Investment Committee (and continues to advise them on various real estate issues), and on the Board of Edmonton Catholic Cemeteries. His community efforts earned him the 2004 Integrity award from Rotary Club of Edmonton West.

As a Broker and President, Richard consistently performs at a high level during his ten years in commercial real estate. Before Lizotte and Associates Real Estate Inc, Richard was self-employed for fifteen years as a commercial builder and developer in both Kamloops and in Edmonton.
He has experience in Commercial and Industrial building development, project management, and asset management. In recent years, he has completed many types of transactions, including leasebacks, large facility relocation, design-build projects, and numerous land sales. Richard’s focus is on the industrial market and has also been successful in the development and leasing of medical buildings in Edmonton.
Richard’s extensive experience and hardworking mentality have ensured expert service for many national, regional, and local clients. As one of the top industrial commercial agents in Edmonton, some of Richard’s accomplishments include the lease of 89,000 square feet in Leduc for BasinTek LLC, 45,000 Sq. Ft for NDT Global, the purchase of multiple land parcels in Leduc, Nisku, and Acheson, and the sale of over 1,000,000 Sq. Ft. of industrial space in the Edmonton area.
