Prior to launching his real estate career, Tim spent 10 years as a project manager in the oil and gas and land development industries. Since joining the real estate industry, he has gained considerable experience in both the residential and commercial sectors. Tim is currently focusing his practice on industrial sales and leasing and development real estate. He has been involved with multiple large-scale land transactions in and around the city of Calgary and is well-versed in local municipal and planning policies.
